Now two new and important CRM modules have been added to the GEDYS IntraWare 7 CRM Suite that was awarded by IBM as the best total IBM Lotus software solution worldwide. These new modules are presented at this year's CeBIT in Hanover, Germany, from 3. to 8. March 2009. Moreover, automatically created accounting records and an interface leading to the accounting department support a perfect Workflow for the processing and approval of a company's arising travel expenses. "An exact cost control is the basis for a competitive and profit oriented pricing", Geishauser says.
The new, intelligent reporting module "Analytics" offers efficient data analyses as a well-informed decision basis for the management. Thus, the customers' needs within CRM processes can be determined much more precisely in future. For the evaluation, the new solution translates all relevant data that has been collected in the operative CRM system over long periods of time into detailed analyses. "These analyses can be used in the intuitive CRM system as a verified decision basis for marketing and sales as well as further customer related activities and target group oriented campaigns.
